Morning Joy Africa Ministry is a Ugandan based Organization fully registered as a non-Government organization under the NGO
ACT of 2016 Cap. 113, which had been in place since 1989.
The Organization was established in October 2003 and it was started by Mukisa Moses Sserebe who was orphan who had a
street background in his early age. He started the organization at his early age of 17yrs old.
This movement started in church somewhere in a local suburb called Kasubi – Namungoona under the guidance of Love resurrection ministries being led by Pr. Timothy Barongo, Benard Omara and other respective church elders at the time.
